Robert has worked with many talented athletes including Simone Biles and Laurie Hernandez and today he shares how he started his company, The Institute of Sport Performance.  His company among other things, helps injured athletes return to their sports mentally stronger and prepares first year college students transition from high school. We are thrilled to share Robert’s valuable advice!
